I have a bunch of recipes to type up and share with you, but I thought I would take a few minutes to share a few images of our hop harvest last weekend. Our hands smelled so good!
Hops are easy to grow and provide shade in summer. Harvesting them is a quick and satisfying task, although some of us do experience a mild allergic reaction to hop bine scratches. We brewed up a batch of fresh hop amber ale and the resulting brew is bubbling away in a carboy. If you don't like beer, you can use the dried hops in a sleep pillow.
